  • What does a TikTok Live streaming agency do?

    We run TikTok Live sessions on your behalf: trained hosts, a branded studio set, professional equipment, scripts and session tracking. You send the products, we go live and report GMV, viewers and conversion from the TikTok Shop LIVE dashboard.

  • What is a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP)?

    A TikTok Shop Partner is an agency approved by TikTok Shop to help sellers run their shops: listings, campaigns, livestreams and content. Techwide Marketing is a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP), MCN and TAP, and a TikTok Shop Certified Agency.

  • What is a TikTok MCN agency?

    An MCN (multi-channel network) manages hosts and creators for brands. Techwide Marketing is a TikTok Shop MCN: we run in-house live hosts, grow the creator accounts in our network and produce from our own studio.

  • What is a TikTok Shop Affiliate Partner (TAP)?

    A TAP runs Affiliate Programs between sellers and creators. As a TAP, Techwide sources creators for your products, coordinates samples and tracks the Content and commissions.

  • Do you create TikTok content, and do you use AI?

    Yes. We produce shoppable short-form videos and creator review videos, and we use AI-assisted workflows for ideas, scripts and editing. People check everything before it goes out.

  • Do you work with brands outside Penang?

    Yes. We work with brands across Malaysia. Products are shipped to our studio in Batu Maung and we run TikTok Live, TikTok Shop and content from there.

  • How much does TikTok livestreaming cost?

    We offer three models: a base retainer with low commission, a tiered step-down plan, and pure commission with zero base. Packages are quoted per brand. Ask for a quotation and we will send the options that fit.

  • How fast can we go live?

    Onboarding moves quickly. We sync your products and stock, prepare the branded set and host scripts, then go live on a planned schedule.
